34 Sudbrooke Road, Balham SW12

A development of 2 no 3750 sq ft, 5 bedroom houses. The construction incorporates the use of Celcon's Thin Joint Blockwork and Solid Wall Construction systems.  

Our works on site will take 14 weeks to complete, including the roof construction, ground, first and second floors, internal partitions and the face brickwork. Both houses have a basement, the pictures below show our works commencing late April 06 from the basement level.
