Albury Road, Merstham, Surrey

We have recently completed a two unit development at Merstham.

Here we built a 3 bed house and a 2 bed chalet bungalow , both units built using H + H Celcons jumbo plus sizes blocks all laid in their thin joint mortar - Celfix.

The 1st floors to both units are constructed from Tji joists overlaid with 22mm weatherdek chipboard flooring.

The outer leaves are built from Celcon blocks, which have been rendered finish by the builder.

Roofs are cut and pitch with UPVC soffit and fascias.

Our works from oversite to watertight, including the soffit and fascia, took 3 weeks.
