Private Dwelling, Amersham, Bucks

Our contract is to construct the frame of the 4800 sq ft dwelling, in a contract period of 5 weeks.

Our works within this time include the sub structure brick and blockwork, the design, supply and installation of the beam and block ground floor slab, the inner blockwork leaf, internal partitions, the 1st floor construction using TJI engineered joists and the erection of the roof using trusses, covered with felt to leave a water tight shell ready for fitting out by the main contractor.
