H+H Celcon, Borough Green, Kent

We have recently built a pair of Rå Flats for H+H Celcon at Borough Green Kent.

Here we have installed the Celcon Floor Element units at both ground and 1st floor levels. The elements are each placed on to the inner leaf of the cavity wall which has been built in thin joint blockwork.

The roof over the units has been constructed using TJI joists with OSB3 decking laid to falls on firings and weathered with 2 layer felt.
