Bespoke Shell Build in Chobham, Surrey

We have recently carried out the bespoke shell build of a one off house at Chobham Surrey for a private client. We took the build from top of foundation and carried out the sub structure block and supplied and install the beam and block ground floor slab.

Then incorporating the Celcon Thin joint system we built the superstructure , including the 1st floor , steelwork support beams , cavity wall insulation , IG cavity lintels , internal blockwork partitions ,face brickwork , blockwork inner leaf , chimney stack , flue liners and fire place.

Our carpentry gang then created the cut and pitch roof construction, including 4 dormer windows , a garden room ,internal studwork partitions at 1st floor and Upvc soffit and fascia.

The completed shell approach allowed the roofer to get the building watertight after 8 weeks of our commencement.

Our works were completed in 3 months : August - October 2009.
