Flats, Dagnall Park, Selhurst, Croydon, SE25

In June 08 we commenced another project for Hilton Homes

Developments. The project in Dagnall Park, Selhurst, is a Ra Build scheme forming 2 self contained flats under one roof.

Our works commence from oversite , the inner leaf of the cavity wall is built in 115mm thick standard Celcon blocks , clad with 40mm insulation. All blockwork laid in thin joint mortar - Celfix.

1st and 2nd floors are constructed from Tji joists and 22mm weatherdek chipboard, built off steelwork.

The roof is of traditional cut and pitch.

Our works were completed in 4 working weeks
