We built 2 Rå House type units at the above for Rooff Construction Limited, the end users being Bethnal Green and Victoria Park Housing Association Ltd.

Here we undertook the substructures, beam and block ground floor slab, the inner skin of the external leaf insulation. The ground floor partitions are built in blockwork. All blockwork is Celcon laid thin joint using Celfix mortar.

Window formers and lintels built in as works proceed.

The 1st floor is being constructed using TJI joists and weatherdec chipboard flooring, with the 1st floor partitions built in studwork. The roof is formed with trusses with a spandrel panel forming the party wall in the roof space.

This pair of houses was built in 4 working weeks from top of foundation.
