Large 6 bedroom property at Fawkham,
Longfield in Kent

In July 09, we undertook the build of a large 6 bedroom property at Fawkham, Longfield in Kent.

Our works commenced from oversite level , and included the inner leaf of the external walls , built from 140mm 7N Aircrete Celcon blocks, insulated with 50mm Kingspan TP10.

We supplied and installed the 1st and 2nd floors using Posi joists and carried the cut and pitch roof construction.

Internal partitions were both Celcon blockwork and timber studwork.
Our works were completed in 6 working weeks.
