Private development in Gidea Park, Romford, Essex

We have recently carried out the superstructure build of a private one off development in Gidea Park Romford, which took only 8 days to complete from oversite to wall plate level, including installing the 1st floor.

The external walls were built using 100mm thick 3.6N and 7N Celcon Aircrete blocks laid Thin Joint, with 90mm Rockwool cavity insulation , the lintels were Catnic and the 1st floor was a Posi Joist system supplied by Scott's of Thrapston.
