Homesdale Road, Chaldon, Caterham

Homesdale Road Chaldon is a single detached development on a restricted site for Hilton Homes, at Chaldon Caterham Surrey.

Our works here commenced from top of foundation with the sub structure blockwork.

The external envelope is built from 2 skins of 100mm 3.6N jumbo plus Celcon blocks laid in thin joint mortar.

The 1st floor is a Tji joist system with a trussed roof over the unit; we also carried out the face brickwork to the front elevation and the Upvc soffit and fascia.

All our works were scheduled to be built in 3 working weeks.
