Kemsing, Sevenoaks, Kent

In January 2010, we were awarded the build of a 5 bedroom family property at Kemsing in Kent.

Our works commenced from top of foundation, we carried out the sub structure blockwork and beam and block ground floor slab, the superstructure up to wall plate level.

The inner and outer skins of the 300mm thick cavity wall were built in 4N Celcon jumbo plus blocks laid thin joint, with 90mm rockwool.

We supplied and installed the 1st and 2nd floors using BCI joists overlaid with 22mm Caberdek chipboard.

Internal partitions were both Celcon blockwork and timber studwork.

Our works were completed in 4 working weeks.
