Kingswood Court, Maidenhead

This project is the build of the shell of a new 5 bed detached house in Maidenhead for a private developer.

Our works commenced from top of foundation, where we carried out the substructure blockwork and beam and block floor to form the ground floor slab.

The external cavity walls were built using 2 skins of 100mm Celcon blocks laid with thin joint Celfix Mortar.

The 1st and 2nd floors were formed using TJI joists and 22mm weatherdec chipboard.

The roof was then cut and pitched off the 2nd floor.
