We are pleased to report that we have recently been awarded a 39 unit development by Wates Living Space.

The project is a mixed Affordable Housing Scheme comprising 11 houses and 28 flats all to Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Responsible for the whole envelope, our works commence from the over-site slab and includes for all external face brickwork and internal load bearing block walls, intermediate Engineered timber and PCC plank floors and the roof construction.

The Celcon Thin Joint blockwork system will be used throughout the whole build, and Pre-cast concrete floors and stairs also will be installed by us.

We will be commencing our works early in January 2010 with a contract period of 24 weeks. Progress photographs will follow here shortly.
