Seymour Road Wimbledon is a development of 2 four bedroom detached houses.

On this 12 week contract, we are carrying out all the substructure brickwork and blockwork, the installation of beam and block floors at ground floor level on both plots.The cavity wall construction, with both skins being built in thin joint blockwork, first and second floors using the Trus Joist TJI floor system.

The roofs are constructed also using TJI joists; an amount of structural steelwork is required on both houses at the floor and roof levels.

Timber studwork is being erected to form the internal partitions at 1st and 2nd floors.
