The Retreat, Kingsbury NW9

Here at Kingsbury we are building 2 no three bedroom detached houses.

Our works commence from top of foundation with the sub structure brick and blockwork, with beam and block forming the ground floor slabs. The external cavity walls are being built using Celcon's thin joint system, with a 75mm solid fill cavity.

The 1st floors are formed using Finn Forest Fji joists decked with 22mm Puhos weatherdek chipboard. Trusses are used to create the roofs, covered in with Tyvek felt to leave watertight for finishing trades to start.

A face brickwork plinth is built around the units up to ground floor cill level.
