36 No new affordable and Retirement homes at Westbourne, West Sussex

In April we commence a large scheme at Westbourne, West Sussex for Telegraph Construction Management Ltd.

The development is a mixture of 2 & 3 bed 'affordable' and retirement units .The retirement homes will be for sale, Downland Housing Association have taken on the affordable units.

Our Masonry Frame System is to be deployed throughout all 36 plots, in conjunction with Celcon's foundation blocks and Celcon Floor System to form the substructures and the ground floor slabs.

1st floors will be formed using the engineered timber joists by iLevel (www.ilevel.com) The roofs will be formed using trusses and spandrel panels designed and manufactured by our supplier BSW Alouette Ltd (www.bswalouette.co.uk)
