9 new homes, Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent

We won another new build development of 9 houses, this time in Gravesend, Kent.

The Windmill Street contract was a scheme of 9 houses in a terrace all in Ra Build, for a local developer for future sale.

The pictures show the construction at various stages including trussed roofs and a section of cut and pitch work to the five central units.

Our works commenced in late July 08 and were complete in 7 weeks.

The frame approach has allowed the internal fit out to commence early with the face brickwork being built simultaneously.
