St Faiths Vicarage, Dulwich, London
MFS were awarded the contract to carry out the Thin Joint Block work to the new Vicarage which was built adjacent to the existing church building. The project was engaged by The Diocese of Southwark, with Ash Contracting Ltd as the main Contractor. Our work in Dulwich started in November 2016. The entire project was completed in May 2017.

Project Details
On this job we were using both Celcon and Xella blocks. The Architects were Frankham Consulting, Haywards Heath office who specified a solid external wall of 215mm thick Xella Aircrete Ytong block laid thin joint, with Celcon Thin Joint Blockwork to the 8.7N internal 140mm walls.
The external walls have been finished with a render and a brick slip system. The ground, 1st and 2nd floors were all installed by Charcon Concrete Products Ltd.
