On this project MFS are working with Westridge Construction Ltd, who are contracted to the London Borough of Croydon to build 2 four bed homes in New Addington, Croydon. Our works took 8 weeks to complete, including the substructure blockwork, beam and block floor, cavity wall construction including facework and insulation, internal blockwork partitions, 1st floors, lintel and window cavity closures.By June 2015 the works were fully completed by the main contractor and the houses handed back to Croydon Council for occupation.
