Bracknell Shopping Centre Regeneration
Bracknell in Berkshire reclaimed its town centre when a £240m shopping and leisure development opened in September 2017. The one million sq ft foot (93,000 sq m) Lexicon centre ended a five-year construction project.

Project details
MFS were awarded the contract to install 10,000m2 of Xella Silka Elements by Lesterose Builders Ltd and Mace Group at the Bracknell Shopping Centre regeneration project. The final cost of the scheme was £240m and it opened in September 2017.
We installed 150mm thick Silka elements, which form the 9m high dividing walls between the shopping units.
