Fabric First Approach

A fabric first approach is the most cost-effective and efficient way to meet performance standards, which are becoming increasingly rewarded by government incentives. Fabric first means that energy efficiency measures are integrated  from the beginning into the complete structural envelope and components. This reduces the need for adding additional energy efficiency measures such as heating and ventilation systems.

Offsite construction significantly increases the speed of your build by reducing build time all round. Manufacturing off site in a factory environment means that challenging weather conditions never hold up the construction, projects run on time and meet crucial deadlines whatever the weather. Blocks are precision-engineered rapidly and simply fitted together on site, like a jigsaw. The expertise of our construction teams mean that projects take shape quickly – the use of cranes to erect the build cuts the cost of labourers and impressively a typical four bedroom detached home can be erected and made wind and watertight in just XX days.

Cost-effective Construction

Offsite manufacturing cuts the cost of construction projects significantly, the requirement for labour and materials is lower. The trained construction teams require less time on site, therefore fewer members of management are required to supervise them. An accelerated build time reduce site prelim expenditure by up to 30% and provides a quicker return on capital outlay. Transportation costs are also reduced as our block systems are delivered in time for construction, and 100% of our blocks are used in the build, so nothing is transported to landfill and there is zero onsite waste.

Our block systems are precision engineered in a factory environment and not on a building site.
