MFS were appointed by Westmount Square Ltd to construct nine apartments over five storeys at 344 London Road in Croydon using the MFS i-Form Solution™, our P-DfMA approach to MMC. This project represents another milestone for MFS as they have taken total Design Responsibility for the Structural Design.

Project Details
Delivering the complete structural envelopes of nine luxury apartments over five storeys using the MFS i-Form Solution™ this project represents another milestone for MFS as they have taken total Design Responsibility for the Structural Design and have addressed all associated Class 2B Disproportionate Collapse works.
The combination of ‘platforms’ included large format Silka Elements, PCC hollowcore floors, balconies and other construction components. MFS are proud to bring their own PDfMA approach to market and see massive opportunity in the ‘medium to high’ rise residential sector.
Work started on site with the arrival of our 2 welfare units and storage containers from R.S.French and also our Lissmac Mini-crane.
A 14 week construction period on site, saves our client 11 weeks in time and an estimated 12.70% on overall build costs.
