Project Details
Crest Nicholson, approached us at MFS to carry out the masonry frame of Albert Crescent. We used the Xella Ytong blockwork system for the project. Xella being Crest’s preferred block supplier. By using our Masonry Frame System the inner leaves were taken up first, with the bath stone block cladding following on behind.
The construction included structural steelwork, engineered eco joist floors (for the houses), pre cast concrete floors and staircases (for the apartment’s and commercial units), a lift shaft, cut and pitched roofs and flat roof decking to the garage areas.
