MFS were awarded the above contract to build 27 units (24 flats and 3 bungalows) for property developer Gray’s Thurrock Properties Limited. Our contract period was 12 weeks; we took our build from oversite slab to roof construction.

The 1st floors of the flats (blocks 2 -5) were installed by Milbank Floors on our behalf. All units were built from Celcon aircrete blocks in thin joint, both inner and outer skins. The external elevations being rendered.
